What are they thinking??

So there is currently construction going on here at school.. There was flooding of some offices here during katrina so quite a few had mold and what not, had to be stripped. So now there are people here putting up dryway, so a. it is really really loud, and b. really really dusty. One problem with this, they still have not fixed the roof!!!! So when it rains, rainny season is upon us (where it rains every day in the afternoon). The roof is tarped, but it still leaks. So next rainny day, all the new drywall will be ruined. I guess this is what you get when NASA is your landloard. This explains alot as to how the government works and how they seem to continually waist money!! Stupid government
