so this is the new pose i mastered today :D... its called the "royal pigeon"... im not quite sure why, i dont see it... oh well... but i was the only one who could do it full out :).... so yay :)

After seeing this, I immediately tried this pose. I could not do it.
its ok, its one you sort of need to do a good bit of stretching before you do it...
